Program management is the approach that enables the realization of strategic objectives, using a repetitive cycle of planning, steering/executing, follow up and adjustment until the objective is reached.
Improvement projects are worked on in a collateral way as part of the added value of program management. Although subdivided into different sub-projects, the total improvement program is managed correctly, some aspects of the different sub-projects may be common and can be treated in an integrated way in order to realize synergies, to better manage consistency and to keep control over the total program.
